I recently needed to purchase a new gas burner which heats my main
house (4500 square feet), two guest houses and a garage. I also
needed a new hot water heater for the main
house. Since I live in
other parts of the country besides Santa Fe, I am used to house
repairs and I always get at least 4 quotes, which I did in this case.
Capitol Plumbing did not try to upsell me like the other companies and
they were by far the most competitive bid. One bid was $13,000 higher
than the Capitol bid. They were extremely 
professional and completed
the job in an excellent manner in two days, while the other companies
told me that it would take between 3 and 5 days. I intend to use
them for all of my plumbing needs. Paul, the owner of Capitol, was
more knowledgeable about heating than the other three companies put

I have a second home in Santa Fe. While here I clogged up my
disposal. I called one company, but they could not come out for FOUR
DAYS! I then called Capitol Plumbing and they told me they could be
out in an hour. They were here within the hour and fixed my disposal
within 15 minutes. I thought the fee was perfect for the job done.
The young man that fixed it could NOT have been nicer. He stayed and
made SURE it was working perfect before he left. I highly recommend
this company. Nice servicemen, quick response and quality work.
